Since my early childhood I have visited Japan frequently. Having lived in Japan and worked with many Japanese people over the years, I am enthusiastic to share my insider knowledge of the many wonders of Japan with its diverse culture and heritage. My passion for Japan and wanting to learn more about this fascinating country has led me to study “Japanstudies” at Leiden Univeristy.

Over the years I have visited many cities in Japan and I am most familiar with Tokyo and Kyoto. I am very motivated to help plan your perfect trip to Japan, so you can experience the same incredible emotions I experience when I visited Japan.

On my recent trip, I visited Tokyo, Kyoto and Miyajima. Just imagine enjoying adventures in Kyoto where a unique mix of tradition and modern pace of life will never cease to fascinate you, strolling around Kiyonmizu Temple. Once you get there, you can’t help taking pictures of this nostalgic scenery.

To give you one unique piece of advice when traveling though Japan: try as many different foods as you can, each region has it’s own speciality you must try. You won't be disappointed!
