2. Specific terms applicable to the Online Consultation Services
You need to register on our Website if you wish to use our Online Consultation Services. For further information on the data processing of your personal data, please read the Privacy Policy.
You can book your preferred appointment 4 hours in advance and cancel and change anytime free of charge, however in case you cancel or change the date and time of your appointment within 24 hours, you are not entitled for the refund of the booking fee.
In the event we need to cancel or change the date/time of your booked appointment, and you choose not to reschedule, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking fee.
Use of Stripe online payment services:
Once you successfully booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email together with a questionnaire and all the relevant information you need to know prior to the video call with our consultant. We reserve the right to provide you with a consultant different to the consultant included in your confirmation email. This can be due to any unexpected unavailability of the originally booked consultant. In any case, we make sure that you receive the same level and standard of service.
In case you find that our service is not compliant with what you were promised to receive, you are entitled for the full refund of your booking fee.
Time to time we will introduce campaigns in which no booking fee will apply. You will be informed in advance of such campaigns, through our Website.
3. Breaching the provisions of these Terms of Use
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Website will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Upon our written permission only you may link to our Website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
