Already having been to Japan, you know just how much it offers travellers. We can introduce you to some exclusive experiences to which not everyone has access. Alternatively, if you wish to create a specific style of trip that ticks certain boxes, this service is highly recommended for you.

Your travel consultant will have an unparalleled background in Japanese tourism and can provide you with the most up to date information, even regarding fast-moving topics such as Covid-19 restrictions.

Whether you choose to schedule an online meeting or to submit an enquiry form, once your request has been processed you will receive a full itinerary and quotation. If you are satisfied with the proposal, we can arrange the whole trip for you or you can proceed to book everything yourself.

We want to provide as many travellers as possible with access to our exclusive expertise.

Our travel consultants want to ensure enough time can be invested in creating personalised suggestions and fulfilling your individual requirements.

To partially cover their time, we charge a nominal fee of EUR 50,- for online meetings. This fee can be redeemed against your trip if you decide to book with us.

For those customers who selected the online meeting option, if you feel the consultation has not been of value, let us know. We will then offer a full refund.

All our travel consultants have been to Japan several times and have extensive knowledge of creating custom trips. It will be an online consultation (via Teams), where you have the full attention of your travel consultant for 30 minutes.

When booking your consultation, you will be able to select a date and time that is most convenient to you.

You will receive an email with all the details on how to attend after you book the consultation.

Additionally, if your partner, family or friends want to join, they are more than welcome.

You are free to ask any questions which can help us create your dream trip to Japan. Ask your travel consultant about general subjects such as food, accommodation, itineraries, and transport, as well as more specialist areas such as etiquette and Japanese culture.

We advise preparing as many questions as you can in advance to make the most of your consultation. You can share those with your travel consultant in advance.

At Japanspecialist, our team are proud of their ability to create unique itineraries for every type of customer. If you are unhappy with our online consultancy service, please reach out to us by email or phone to resolve the situation.

For those customers who selected the online meeting option, if we cannot resolve the situation and you still haven't received your final itinerary, we will refund the consultancy fee in full. If the final itinerary has already been delivered, we will evaluate each refund request on a  case by case basis.
