About me
Konnichiwa!
I’m Japanese and grew up in Shizuoka, near Mount Fuji. Almost every year I return to Japan with my Italian husband. Alongside visiting my family, we love exploring as much as we can so he can keep discovering the country’s many sides.
After earning a music degree at a university in Japan, I moved to Italy to continue my vocal training, with a special focus on opera – still one of my greatest passions, along with cooking and film.
After several years of study, I found my way into the travel industry and began my journey with JTB. I first worked in inbound tourism, supporting Japanese travellers visiting Italy. Then, in 2015, I moved into outbound travel, specialising in tailor-made trips to Japan for Italian clients.
This work brings me a great sense of fulfillment: every time I plan a journey to Japan, I can feel our clients’ excitement as they begin to imagine the country—its landscapes, its culture, and its unique character. It’s an emotion that carries through and makes every itinerary truly special.
