Emmanuelle Alliot

I've always had a passion for travel and decided to make my passion my profession 8 years ago. I first settled in Latin America, and then by chance discovered Japan. I fell under the country's spell as soon as I set foot in Tokyo. The friendliness of its Japanese people, its culinary specialties and its incredible landscapes make Japan a unique destination. I hope to help future travellers organize their trip there, and above all I hope they'll take away unforgettable memories of their journey to the “land of the rising sun”

About me

I've been in the travel business for nearly 8 years and have helped many travellers plan their trips. I'm very chatty and I like to get to know my customers as much as possible, so I can be sure to offer them an itinerary that's totally adapted to their desires.

In French, we have an expression that says “les coordonniers qui sont les plus mal chaussés”. In my personal travels, I always put a lot of emphasis on improvisation and off-the-beaten-track discovery. That's how I can create unique experiences and then share them with my customers. I have one of my fondest memories of a meal in a Japanese restaurant in the town of Matsue. The town is in Shimane prefecture, which is one of the least visited in Japan! We were obviously the first European customers to visit, and the chef was delighted to open the door of his kitchen to us.

I love wide open spaces, especially mountainous landscapes. On my first trip to Japan, I took the Shinhotaka cable car, which is close to Takayama. It gives you a view of the Japanese Alps. It was breathtaking, and I always recommend going there when visiting the Alps.

When a customer decides to put their trust in me and entrust me with the organization of their trip, I do everything I can to ensure that when they return, they'll want to go back to Japan as soon as possible, because they've also fallen under the country's spell!
